Worms, Clouds and SF

Another couple weeks have passed and I am finally getting to this. I'd love to write things down everyday or at least, every week, but I just want to crash at the end of the day and watch a new (old) Inspector Lewis. Here is our two weeks in photo review:

Found a little green wormy in our raspberry. This was a pet in a bug jar for a week.
This was Maggie's favorite stuffed animal a couple weeks ago. She calls her Goldie. Maggie lost her at the park and her friends looked for her after we left. The boys told them it was in a random trash can. I wonder how they knew that? She had a good washing and was as good as new.
 A little boating in Alameda.
Mary designed this button necklace. Practice with sewing and patterns.
 Maggie's pipe cleaner creation.
Fun with Paige in the eel garden at the Academy of Sciences.
So cute to see them walking hand-in-hand.
 Cute Cousins.
Checking out Orinda again. Beautiful new park in the Wilder homes development.

Reading to Emmett, our friends' adorable little boy.
TJ shopping together after a day at the Cull Canyon Regional Park. Amazing swimming in a chlorinated lake.
 Multiple eye fun.
 Our cloud project.
Maggie was so proud of herself that she wrote two 3s (the ones circles in green)
 Sandal design with ribbons.
At the Chabot Space and Science Center, Mary tried on her astronaut suit.
 Maggie sporting my high heels...arggh.
Jumpy house at the South Shore Center.
 Pool day with the Segerbloms.

Seriously, why do they make high heels in size 13?
More cloud projects. Messy Mary and Neat Maggie.
 oooohhhh.....blue rain.
Fairyland with friend Lily. Their only friend who is the same age and actually taller.
 Read, build, write.

Maggie lost a second tooth on a meatball.
 Maggie made a beautiful bonnet.
Labor Day in SF, Marina Green, GG Bridge, Fort Point and Walt Disney Museum.
 Love this view.
Officer's quarters with some twinsies in the doorway.
Mary Blair exhibit at the Walt Disney Museum. The girls drew and wrote in the sign in book.
A little animatronics with a bird from the Tiki Room. You can't see it, but it's probably one of the first joy sticks. The movement you make are recorded and played back. Very cool.
Park day with friends and a little story time. Mary stepped on a yellow jacket right before this, so it was good down time.
Play date with Amanda Babby. Hot day in Walnut Creek - 88 degrees!
