Here are the photos from this week:

M&M 20 Weeks

19 Weeks

This week the girls started noticing their hands even more than last week. I was a little worried when Maggie's eyes crossed while feeding, but it's only because she was so focused on her hands. They got some dolls at Ikea and they love them. We call them Queen Mousy..notice the crown. We also went to the pool and their 12 month swim suits fit. Mom didn't know that the swin diapers shouldn't be left on for a couple hours prior to swimming...they were soaking wet and we never went in the pool.

We tried rice creal at the suggestion of the Pediatrician, but as you can see in the pictures, it was just one big mess!!

Also, our children's heads are in the 99 percentile for FUll Term babies. The doctor was worried, but their ultrasounds showed that everything was normal in there...We just think they are brilliant!

4 Month Dr. Appointment

Hi everyone. We had our 4 month appointment yesterday. The Dr. said they are doing so well that they are pretty much off the preemie charts. They are in the 70 percentile for weight and height for Full Term babies. He said they don't seem like preemies at all anymore! In some areas, their development is closer to 6 month old babies (with the exception of rolling over which is my fault for not giving them more belly time).

They are also pre-teething....oh fun! Lots of slobber and gnawing on their fits. We may start some rice cereal in the next couple weeks and see how it goes!!!

We have been sitting them across from each other and they are really noticing their twin. So cute!! They look at each other with loving reverance followed by some smiles and laughter. I did get some great video of it. I hope to have more time to upload videos, but our high tech camera requires that I convert each video to a file that can be uploaded to this blog or facebook...a good chunk of time I can't seem to find!!!

4 Months Old - First Disneyland Trip

OK, so we didn't get packed up and over to Disneyland until 2:30, but we still made it!
The girls turned 4 months old on April 5th and we celebrated by going to the happiest place on earth. It was pretty packed, but we knew we weren't going on too many rides with the twins. I got them all dressed up in their outfits and dad insisted we bring their sunglasses just in case.

We ate an on-the-go lunch in Adventure land, watched the Bill Hill and the Hillbillies show (for the 12th time in 6 years) and went on It's a Small World (as you can see from the 20 photos Larry took of our only ride). Then we had dinner at the New Orleans Jazz Club at the Disney Walk while the girls slept (well just long enough to have a few bites of dinner)

Happy Easter! 16-17 Weeks

We had a wonderful Easter down in Orange County visiting family and friends. A special thanks to Aunt Debbie and Uncle Kevin for hosting the "Meet the Twins" party. Unfortunately, we didn't bring our video/still camera, so we are slowly collecting pictures.

We are so in love with our little girls. Although the vacation was much more tiring than in the past, we just love being with them all the time. They both smile, laugh and now talk (Mary talked for about 5 minutes with my mom on Easter while she told her the Three Little Pigs story)!! They are very happy babies and melt our hearts every chance they get. We are so grateful for the loving sacrifice made by their birthmother. It's so amazing!!

On Easter night, Mary went 11 and Maggie 10 hours between feedings!!!! Normally they are 7 hours, then 5 each night, so just one feeding a night which is wonderful!!! We haven't really done any sleep training... they are training themselves...gotta love it!!!

Here are some photos: Check back soon for more.
